A Message By - Dr Waryam Singh

Education is very essential for a strong, unified and a democratic nation.

Though the primary goal of elementary and secondary education should be to produce informed, effective and responsible citizens, at the present moment, it seems to have been reduced to a mere road to careerism. As a result, our young men and women are doing will in marketing, computer software, engineering and technology, but some how, the true value system appears to be eroding. Technology can lift people out of poverty, put people in lap of luxuries, but can it give true happiness & bliss? The need of the hour is value based holistic education.

If the syllabus of science incorporates the historical evolution of scientific concepts along with their application to real life situations with a tangible touch of human component, the results will be definitely fruitful.
